Project Description
As project manager for this federal Commission, my job was to ensure the Commissioners’ recommendations effectively reached their diverse audience, including the President and U.S. Congress; state and local child welfare administrators; and the advocates and stakeholders who continue to carry the torch now that the Commission has completed its term.
